IndieCade encourages, publicizes, and cultivates innovation and artistry in interactive media, helping to bring visibility to and facilitate the production of new works within the emerging independent game movement. IndieCade does this by producing international showcases and festivals highlighting the latest, most creative, and most innovative independent games. IndieCade began producing showcases in 2006 and launched it’s first Festival in 2008 in Bellevue, Washington with just under 100 submission. IndieCade 2015 was the seventh year the festival was hosted in Culver City, exhibiting games selected from over 1300 entries. Celia Pearce is co-founder and the Festival Chair for IndieCade, primarily responsible for designing the submissions/review sytem and overseeing the jurying process, as well as curating exhibitions and running special projects.  www.indiecade.com
